  • Phone number — for both players on your team
  • Email address — for both players on your team
  • Golf cart preference — whether your team needs a cart
  • Payment status — whether your entry fee has been received

How We Use Your Information

  • To reserve and confirm your tee time
  • To send confirmation and payment reminder emails
  • To contact you with tournament-related updates (schedule changes, weather, etc.)
  • To organize tee sheets and scoring for the event

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the tournament.

How We Store Your Information

Registration data is stored in Google Sheets, managed through Google’s infrastructure. Google’s privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We retain your information only as long as needed to operate the tournament.

Payments

Entry fees are collected through Venmo, a third-party payment service. We do not collect or store any credit card or bank account information. Payments made through Venmo are subject to Venmo’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is accessible only to tournament organizers and is used solely for running the event.

Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your registration information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
