How much does it cost to enter?

Entry is $150 per person ($300 per team). Payment is made via Venmo after you complete your online registration.

Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. Full payment is required by May 1st — teams that have not paid by that date may have their tee time reassigned.

How do I pay after registering?

After submitting your registration online, send payment via Venmo to @Mackenzie-VanZante. Include your team's tee time in the payment note so we can match it to your registration.

What is the tournament format?

The tournament is a 2-day, 2-person per team better ball format. Each player plays their own ball every hole, and the lowest score is recorded as the team score. For example, if player A gets a 4 on hole 1, and Player B gets a 5, 4 is recorded as the team score.

See the Rules page for full scoring details.

How are flights determined?

After the conclusion of round 1, teams are put into flights based on their round 1 score. The total number of teams per flight is based on the total number of entries, as well as the round 1 scores. Teams that shoot the same score round 1 will be put in the same flight.

What are the tee times and how do I find mine?

Tee times for round 1 are selected during registration. You can view the posted tee times on the Tee Times page once they have been finalized. The first tee time starts at 8:00 a.m. and has 10-minute intervals between tee times. The final morning tee time tees off around 10:00 a.m. Afternoon tee times start at 12:00 p.m. with the last tee time around 2:50 p.m. Final round tee times are determined based on flight, with the last flight getting the earliest tee times and the championship flight getting the last tee times. For a 4-flight tournament, the last 2 flights will have morning tee times, and the top 2 flights will tee off in the afternoon.

Do I have to play both days?

Yes. If you sign up for the tournament, you are committed to playing both rounds, Saturday and Sunday.

Is the Par 3 Tournament only open to tournament players?

No, anyone can participate in the Par 3 tournament, held on Friday, June 5, 2026. Entry fee is $30, which includes 1 entry into the Par 3 tournament, as well as 1 regular 9-hole practice round. Additional entries for the Par 3 can be purchased at $10 per entry.

What is the Calcutta?

The Calcutta is an optional auction held after the conclusion of round 1 on Saturday night. The money collected forms a prize pool that is paid out to the owners of the top-finishing teams. It's a fun way to add extra competition and excitement to the weekend.

See the Calcutta page for full rules and payout structure.

Do I have to participate in the Calcutta?

No — the Calcutta is completely optional. You can register for the tournament and sit out the Calcutta if you prefer.

What is the minimum bid for a team in the Calcutta Auction?

The minimum bid for each team will start at $100. The auctioneer will determine bidding increments.

When is Calcutta Payment due?

If you purchase a team during the Calcutta auction, payment is due before you leave the auction. We will accept both cash and card payments.

If I don't own my own team, can I buy a percentage of my team?

Yes! If another player ends up with the winning bid for your team, they are required to allow you to buy up to 50% of your team. For example, if Player A wins the bid for Team 12 for $500, Team 12 can buy up to 50% ($250). Payment needs to be coordinated with Player A. Player A is required to pay the full $500 for the team on Saturday night after the auction. If Team 12 ends up placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and winning part of the Calcutta pot, Player A is paid the full amount, and then they are responsible for paying out the percentage to Team 12.
